I was thinking about 2022. Currently I’m working two jobs. One being now at a pharmacy and I noticed lots of health items and things made to keep people healthy. It got me thinking how far can I push myself physically? In the past I have set small goals but never really pushed it.
I think it’s time I try just so I can say that was fun and educational about what I’m living with. Being a guy who has always had respiratory problems I think it could be interesting to see what minor goals I could set for myself? Can I run for 10 minutes at a steady pace? Could I do it by the end of the year? Can I lift my own body weight within one year time?
What are my limits!!? How can I do it safely?… Not thinking I’ll be super tuff or anything.. but at the very least.. healthier than I am.
